Today is the day where we let go 8 members who are inactive.
from 21 members, dropped all the way to 13 members.
Firstly, i would like to applaud the active ones, without u guys, our blog would have been a failure right from the start.

Next important issue is,
how do you guys recommend advertising this website?
I've tried sending mails to jay chou groups in imeem, posting comments in youtube under jay videos.
However, the traffic doesn't seem to rise as much anymore.
Does anyone has better suggestions? Please feel free to leave ur comments tq!

(i)First of all,you could try to approach other fan sites-groups-fan blogs-communities that does not only deal with JAY. For example, TVB Guide, The Selina Fansource etc.etc.
(ii)Then, maybe try making buttons (88 X 31 ) so that other communites/fan blogs/groups could link you under their affliates. This would put WLJC a permanent link in their sites and their readers could refer and if they are interested join WLJC. If not, they could recommend us to their friends out there who are fans of JAY. People would know the existance of WLJC whether or not they are fans of JAY.
(iii)Another place you could probably approach to if you haven't is crunchyroll. It probably have JAY groups and plenty of JAY videos. You could always try.
(iv)Oh, and maybe you could ask those members who you kicked out whether they would like to recontribute into the blog? Because, they could be really busy the past month. Maybe, you could reconfirm with them whether they really don't want to join WLJC anymore or did they have any other reasons? Because, its hard for someone to join a fan site that has only 13 members and more could be going out. Anyway, its just a suggestion and you may not want to take it seriously.
I'm sure there are tons of curious, adventorous people out there that are willing to discover WLJC and there are much more fans out there that isn't connected to any JAY Groups. and fansites. i have limited websites, i wonder if our members can provide their other idols websites for us.
and ur point (ii) i'm sorry but i cannot understand it that well. cld u explain it further?
oh yea crunchyroll! i'll make sure to explore it and make full use of trying to pull jay fans from dere.
let's just hope your ideas can help woo us some more members haha!

About time to do the clarification on no. (ii). Here it goes, i'll try to make it understandable;
When you enter this link, http://tkn-portrait.net/tvb/links.html you can see instead of a long link like http://coloursoftvb.blogspot.com , it is replaced with an animated button. It works exactly like clicking on a link but this time, you click on that button and u will be redirected to any other site. Many sites/fan blogs use buttons to link up other sites now instead of typing out the link itself. I guess its more attractive or something. So, what i was trying to say is, we could make a button for WLJC, animated - or - not, as long as we have ja's pic and the world WLJC. That button could be use for other sites to link us up.

nope it's okay. i understood the point of creating a button to make links.
hmm. i suppose it can be made into a gif picture format right? like a tiny avatar or something.
as i'm part of jcnet ( www.jay-chou.net ) i'm thinking this buttons can be put into our signatures in any forums that we are in.
i'm not sure if u are members of any forums or any kind, but by placing the button under our signature, each post in that particular forum will show a gif animated pic link of our WLJC.

Yea! something like that! Glad you could figure it out. If you want it animated GIF would be the best but if not animated PNG is good enough. I thought of trying to whip up something this weekend and seek for ur approval. I'll probably email it to you if i get it done. You need any specific size? Yea..i'm members of alot of forums, i'll put it up once we get an official button. Buttons like this attract much more attention than a plain link!

yup sure!! u can take ur time to do it. size doesn't matter, afterall the pics u choose may look nicer in some size that u think. yep u can send it over to my email when it's done =D thanks alot too!
