Answers? Anyone?

This fanblog is definitely making progress. The amount of posts lately have increased compared to last month. And so, I have to do my part as well. Here goes;

I have actually been wondering, why do people compliment Jay in terms of *gulps* his looks?? I mean, yea, I adore this talented guy. I have all of his songs, from his first to his last; recorded versions, OSTs and live versions. I apprieciate his music and his great passion for it. His voice is definitely remarkable. But..now, the question is..his looks? To be honest, the first time I set my eyes on his picture, my mind completely screwed. The first thing that knocked into me was "Gawd! His ugly! He looks so yong sui!". When i tell people that Jay Chou is my favourite singer and they reply, "but he looks so..?". I'll say, "Yea, i agree, he is damn yong sui! but his voice is heaven".

Then, sometime later, i visited fanblogs, fanwebs, forums on Jay Chou and there were some remarks....almost 50% of them that goes, "Gawsh, Jay Chou is so cute!", "He is so handsome!!", "Zhou Jie Lun hao shuai ah!". Okay, so maybe in some other eyes, Jay Chou is this damn hot, gorgoeus hunk that has sparkling eyes, nicely formed lips and perfectly straight nose. At least he looks much, much better now than last time especially his hair! God, why did his mother cut that watermelon hairstyle for him?!

Don't get me wrong, i'm not dissing anybody that adores Jay's looks. I have to respect other people's point of views in order for other people to take in consideration of what I say. Neither am i saying that Jay is hideous or so-ugly-that-he-could-qualify-for-the-main-male-lead-in-the-Phantom-Of-The-Opera-play. I have his picture on my computer desktop as well as my phone, so he can't be THAT bad. Its just something, that I take notice of besides his marvelous voice in a negative way and its something that i don't seem to understand why are other people praising at it. I'm not blaming Jay for his not-so-attractive looks either. Its not his fault that he is born that way. Maybe, in return, God decided to grant him 2 gifts called, 'talent' and 'passion' and let us enjoy what Jay has to give and had been giving to all his fans.

So, dear members of WLJC, do you think that Jay Chou has the looks to do attractions?

I apologise to those who do not agree with me at all. Feel free to drop nasty comments if you think that what i see in my eyes is a horendous mistake. Maybe, i need to do another eye checkup.

*i didn't know what to categorize this in, so i decided to put it into rants even though the post is about jay.*
