周杰伦（周董）新专辑「又」被盗，本月9日才要发行的《魔杰座》，日前在大陆网站上出现不法下载，他所属「 杰威尔」音乐昨发声明表示，被盗的音乐不是最终成品，也没完整专辑版本。只是从《十一月的肖邦》、《我很忙 》到《魔杰座》，周董新辑发片前已发生3次外流事件，不免令外界质疑是否已成宣传手法？杰威尔昨出示报案证 明，强调被盗版很沉痛，绝非刻意炒作。

Jay Chou’s (Pres Chou) new album has been leaked online (again). Scheduled to be released on the 9th this month, “Capricorn” can now be found on several Mainland China websites, available for download. His company, JVR Music, announced in a statement yesterday that the leaked songs were not the final versions from the album (probably demos), and they (the 11 songs) were not the final track listing. From “November’s Chopin” to “On the Run” and now “Capricorn”, songs from the albums were leaked before the albums’ scheduled release, leading one to question if this was a publicity stunt to gather more attention and news. In the JVR Music’s official statement, the company reiterated the damaging impact piracy has (on them), and stated that they would never resort to such a shameful publicity stunt.

距《魔杰座》发片还有8天，但新辑曲目日前已传出在大陆网站上全都「露」，杰威尔紧急查证后，发现作品确实 外流，但强调并非最终成品，除呼吁歌迷不要下载或转载，该公司宣传统筹张蓝云昨早也到刑事警察局侦九队报案 ，表达缉凶决心。

Songs from “Capricorn” leaked online for download, and with 8 days more to the album’s intended release, JVR Music launched an emergency investigation. The investigations confirmed that the album materials have indeed been leaked, however, JVR Music stressed that the leaked material were not the final product. The company also appealed to the fans not to download or circulate the leaked songs. JVR’s Marketing Director, Zhang Lan Yun, arrived at the district police station to file an official police report on the matter, reiterating the company's determination in resolving the matter.

不打算提早发片 No plans for early release of album

周董影歌双栖人气锐不可当，每回有作品问世，必成盗版眼中的大肥羊，就连上周仅是新专辑名称提早被公布，都 牵一发动全身，打乱唱片公司宣传计划。

Pres Chou’s works (movies and music) have always been subjected to an unprecedented level of scrutiny and public following. Every time there is a new production, it is always an easy target for pirates eyeing an easy catch. Even the (new) album’s title caused a huge commotion when it was leaked online, ahead of the original official announcement, throwing marketing and advertising plans into disarray.

只是周董《十一月的肖邦》、《我很忙》都发生过音乐提早外泄、导致发片提前，也因几次发片前就被盗，被质疑 太过「巧合」，但至昨为止，此次《魔杰座》未有提早发片的计划。

The leaks from “November’s Chopin” and “On the Run” resulted in the two albums to be released ahead of schedule. This was a counter-measure that was put in place to combat piracy. At the moment, however, there are no such plans to release “Capricorn” ahead of the intended schedule.
